This is the soundtrack album for the 1999 teen comedy about a popular high-school girl (Melissa Joan Hart) and an activist student (Adrian Grenier) who enter into a sham relationship, only to fall for each other for real. The film was originally entitled Next to You, but the title was changed to match the Britney Spears song.
