This is the soundtrack to Mark Illsley’s 1999 comedy starring Steve Zahn and Jeremy Northam as escaped prisoners in Texas who hide out in the real-life small town of Happy by pretending to be a gay out-of-town couple that was supposed to come in to organize the town beauty pageant.
