About “Hot Fuzz: Music From the Motion Picture”

This is the soundtrack from Edgar Wright’s 2007 British buddy-cop comedy film. The North American release of this album was drastically pared down from the soundtrack released in the U.K. and the European Union. The track numbers here are from the U.K. version of the album.

The music supervisor on this film was Nick Angel. On the film’s DVD commentary track, Wright admits that he named the movie’s main character after Angel, saying it was too cool a name not to use.
