I Am Sam: Music from and Inspired by the Motion Picture

This is a soundtrack album to the 2002 film of the same name. It entirely consists of cover versions of songs by The Beatles, although it was originally intended to have the group’s original recordings.

When the movie’s producers were unable to obtain the rights of said recordings, they commissioned the artists featured on this album to record the versions released.
