Keanu (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack)

The soundtrack for the 2016 comic thriller features both gangsta rap and a heavy dose of George Michael songs. In an interview, director Peter Atencio said that he and stars Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele selected George Michael’s songs because they were powerful and also somewhat ridiculous, making them an effective backdrop for a thriller about two guys whose search for a lost cat leads them into the criminal underworld.
