The official soundtrack to the movie Spider-Man (2002), directed by Sam Raimi.

The first part of the superhero trilogy tells the story of Peter Parker who obtains superpowers after being bitten by a genetically modified spider and has to save New York from the Green Goblin.

The lead song for the movie is “Hero” by Chad Kroeger. There is also an official film score, composed by Danny Elfman, containing the in-movie background music.
