The Saga of Wiz Khalifa

The Saga of Wiz Khalifa is a surprise EP released in celebration of 4/20, an unofficial “holiday” for weed smokers. Released on April 20, 2020, the holiday holds even more weight because it is 4/20/20, which some say is an indication of a “month of 4/20.”

As a notorious weed smoker, Wiz releasing new music was more than expected. He has frequently released music on 4/20 throughout his career.

The EP’s lead single, “Bammer,” was released on March 9, 2020. It was followed by “Contact” two weeks later.

Wiz first confirmed the project on April 18. He then announced the EP’s featured artists hours before its release.
