He’s not speaking in code isnt a undertone for something else. He means that he’s not speaking in code. Because he’s just saying lingo when he says “prometh with that sprite and jolly rancher so flamingo” meaning sipping syrup, Prescription cough syrup in sprite with jolly ranchers and the drink turns pink.
