Narcos was the name for the drug traffickers that worked for Pablo Escobar in the 80s, which connects with the next line.
Narcos could also stand for Narcotics Officer that go after street sales and those who develop cases on major dealers. So he´s avoiding/escaping them since he has drugs. It would tie in with the next line comparing himself to the infamous drug king pin, Escobar, that even was his alias at the end of the 90´s.
