Sour Diesel is a strain of Marijuana that’s very popular among rappers & weed smokers alike. Due to him being an extremely fast car, racing other cars (rappers), he’s leaving his competition “smoked” like Sour Diesel.

Tailing the word “diesel”, and making another reference to being a car, he takes time to mention that he uses diesel fuel. Though, typically, only trucks such as 18-Wheelers use diesel fuel. This is likely also a clever way of saying that his competition fuels him.

A nicely twisted punchline. He uses the word “blocks” in two forms here: In the first form, he uses it as a reference to streets that cars drive on (neighborhood blocks, for example).

In the second form, he’s uses blocks in reference to the geometric shape. When he says “polygon Owls” he’s using the second form of “blocks” to say that he is like an block-shaped Owl in the way he moves through the streets, or “flys” down the “block”.

Since his bars are so sick that it makes his listeners catch motion sickness, he’s now become the car he described before.

He’ll make his listeners so sick with his lyrics, that it’ll make them throw up like they caught motion sickness from riding in a very fast car with hydraulics.

He’s saying that is bars are so sick, that after he spits, his listeners will require medical attention.

It would seem that Toy Robot’s last question was worded a bit too fancy for the girl to understand.
