Ivy is green, possibly a money reference. He also compares his skin to the darkness of Batmans costume.
Also the fact that this line ties in with poison ivy (hence the reference to being batman) which can not only mean XV gets girls, but also gets mad amounts of cash (ivy (league) green) even though he’s black.
