“Spit” is a common synonym for rap. Osa, also known as Rubiaceae is a plant in the coffee family that is commonly smoked. It had effects similar to weed, but tastes/smells like coffee beans. Royce’s stomach is full of it, and that’s what’s fueling his rapping.

Who cares about one bad line? Benzino’s an amateur/rookie (I’d say that’s giving him too much recognition), they’re not on his level.

By blam he means shoot, as blam is one of the many human-made sounds that can be used to represent a bullet being shot (Along with boom, pow, bang etc.). He pauses for a moment before realizing that the line was stupid, since it’s obvious that Benzino would be damaged from a gun wound.

The opposite of doing something subliminally is doing it obviously or openly. Royce doesn’t keep stuff to himself, he says whatever’s on his mind (A good example of this is this song, where he shares some unhappy thoughts on Canibus and Benzino.)
