Lloyd Banks is referring to smoking an ounce of marijuana (an ounce is equal to 28 grams) since he just got back from his drug dealers and obviously has a lot of weed to smoke.
Smoking an ounce in one sitting would be quite the challenge, but then again Snoop Lion has said he smokes 81 blunts a day, and a blunt can have over a gram of marijuana in it, so that is more than 81 grams a day. So I guess Lloyd could smoke one ounce…

This line shows that Lloyd was meant to rap because he says he’s “the best thing God made after he made beats”. Although I’m sure beats weren’t the biggest priority of things for God to create, Lloyd following right behind the creation of beats must mean something!

In gymnastics, gymnasts sometimes rely on other gymnasts to catch them to properly execute a move.
In rap (or just slang in general), to “catch a body” means to murder someone.
So even though in gymnastics assistance (such as having someone catch you) is often needed to perfect your moves, Lloyd (and is crew) won’t have to practice gymnastics due to the context he is using the term “catch a body” in, because he means he will commit a murder.

Lloyd Banks is referring to how even though men are all grown up, but yet they still lie (Drake refers to these men as Grown man liars).
The tear drop tattoo can represent multiple things, such as:
Amount of years spent in prison
Loss of a loved one
But here Lloyd is specifically referring to people/rappers getting tear drop tattoos to represent a murder they supposedly have committed.
Lloyd thinks that since these grown men have been lying all their lives, well then if they have a tear drop tattoo to show that they have killed someone, they probably haven’t (since they always lie).

If one is to “go behind your back”, well then that person is saying negative things about you while you aren’t there to defend yourself. Usually when someone does this, they are completely nice to you while you share one-another’s company. When one does this, they are considered two-faced.
Nun-chucks (also know as Nunchaku) are a weapon that consist of two sticks and are connected by a rope or chain.
In this line Wayne could either be referring to:
Someone specific who has friends who speak negatively about them when they aren’t around
Or people who go behind someone’s back are considered “bitch niggas”.

One advantage of nun-chucks is their ability to strike a target from behind by going around the attempted block. For example, aiming for the head your opponent can put a guard up making the chain swivel around it and hitting his head in the nape. This might be a more proper comparison rather than you placing the nun-chucks behind your back.
