Here Snoop shows us that people doubt he actually totes the chrome. In the intro/skit of the song Pump Pump he kills someone (the song is featured on his debut album Doggystyle) so Snoop wants you to know that he will kill you/

To “get smoked” means to get shot. Snoop is implying here that if you don’t believe he’ll kill/shoot you, well then you will once you’ve got a few bullets in you.
He doesn’t mean they will be smoking in a literal sense. The only person who actually has smoke released from their body when they get shot is Shorty from Scary Movie.

Soul Plane is a movie about someone who gets $100,000,000 for suing an airline for the death of his dog which they were responsible for. The main character (person who got $100,000,000) is played by Kevin Hart, and starts his own airline called NWA (that’s right, a reference to the rap group N.W.A. Snoop himself is also featured in this movie, he plays a pilot that suffers from acrophobia, ironic right?
Since this movie is pretty much based around an airline, which obviously consists of planes flying, which would be high. So Snoop might be referring to him being as high as a plane. There is something else Snoop might be referring to though (SPOILER ALERT). In Soul Plane, Snoop eats a bunch of shrooms, and actually ends up dying, so Snoop might mean he is as high (from smoking weed in his spare time) as his character was in Soul Plane.
When Snoop says “I smoked the whole thang”, he is probably just referring to 1 giant blunt.
Or taking a big bong hit.
But regardless of which one he is referring to, we know he smoked a lot because, well, we’re talking about Snoop Dogg…

To “make cheese” means to earn a lot of money. So even though his (whoever this is directed to) father attended a very nice school (that you have to be a top of the line student to get in to), Snoop still makes more money. Although Snoop Dogg didn’t go to any fancy university, he did graduate high school so he does have an education. Essentially Snoop is just showing how he is more successful than whoever’s father this is directed at, and people in general who went to ivy league universities.
