Lil Wayne is comparing the level of his high (due to use of drugs).

To the altitude you are at when you jump out of a plane and use a parachute to come down at a slower rate.

When you start to lose your high it is called coming down, so Wayne got so high and now is coming down from this massive high. Since Wayne is coming down from this crazy high, something to ease it would help-which parachutes do when you jump from planes.

Wayne is very upset about his relationship with a girl he really cared about not working out, so he’s at the bar trying to drink his problems away.

Sometimes when someone arrives at a surprise party for them, or any special event, they can be so happy and overwhelmed due to the happiness. This could result in them shedding tears.

Wayne has teardrops himself, tattoo teardrops, that is.

These teardrops can represent how many murders you have committed or how many loved ones you have lost.

When refers to “his party” and then says “I can cry if I want too” he is most likely talking about life in general. If he is talking about life in general, those specific parts of the line would represent how Wayne does what he wants (cries if he wants too) and just parties and enjoys life (his party).

Wayne also extends the teardrop/crying metaphor by saying he can split your body in half if he wants to. That line also extends Wayne’s thought process of doing whatever he wants because after Wayne saying he’ll split your body in half he also mentions how he’ll only do it if he wants. This line extends the teardrop/crying metaphor because not only does he mention crying, he also mentions killing, which is the act you commit to get the teardrop tattoos.

Lil Wayne wants to eat you, meaning he just wants to destroy you musically (rap better than other rappers), this is obviously directed towards other rappers. This isn’t the first time Weezy has mentioned eating others either, he has a song with Ludacris called Eat You Alive.

A shoe horn is a tool that allows you to put on a shoe easier by applying it at the heel of your foot and shoe, which allows you to slide your foot in.

To be on someone’s heels means to be all over them, or be chasing them.

So Wayne might be referring to how he is all over other rappers, as in he is much better than them, releases more music and make sure he makes it harder to succeed in the rap game. Wayne also might mean he is “chasing them”, as in he is right behind them, not giving them any room to succeed or defeat Wayne musically.

Right off the bat Wayne is showing his confidence, as well as his cockiness. This isn’t the first time Wayne has proclaimed himself as The best rapper alive either, he even has a song titled Best Rapper Alive which appeared as track #7 on his album Tha Carter 2.

This line could have 2 meanings:

  1. The idiom; “Don’t let it go to your head” (with other variations), meaning don’t get too cocky about success or don’t let the little things bother you. Wayne could possibly be referring to this phrase. If so, the bullshit is referring to haters trashing Wayne, and as it’s not going to his knee it’s not reaching anywhere near his head – it doesn’t bother him.

  2. The idiom; “below the belt”, implying the bullshit is a cheap shot, so much so it’s like “bullshit on bullshit” – the lowest of lows. Haters just keep taking cheap shots at Wayne, with him feeling they aren’t worth listening to. Plus, just like their hating ways, they are below the belt themselves (can’t reach his knees, so they aren’t on his level)

When using some guns, you will see a red dot while looking through the scope to make hitting your target an easier task

And the red dots will appear on what you’re aiming at as well, which you can see in the picture above.

So if a gun with a red dot sight on the scope appears on the target, then Wayne’s enemies will have a bunch of red dots on them because of Wayne’s crew. Only if you mess with Wayne though…so don’t mess with him.

When Wayne says “set” he is referring to what ward of New Orleans he comes from, which is the 17th Ward.

On his stomach he has a tattoo of the number “17” to represent the 17th Ward.

So by having the number “17” tattooed on his stomach (which represents his set) he does have the set on his belly, or at least something to represent it.

Obviously tattoos don’t just come off… so yes, Wayne will have this tattoo for the rest of his life.
