Lil Wayne was signed at a very young age, meaning he was exposed to fame very early in life. When someone starts to live a very luxurious life, especially at a young age, it can make them stray away from reality, but, in Wayne’s case, God didn’t let him slip away.

In the second line, Wayne compares himself to God. Wayne feels as if he is partially like God, because like God, Wayne can not be stopped. What is meant by that is that Wayne is the best rapper around, and he’s working hard, so no one is stopping his success, just like no one could stop God from doing what he wants to do.
