To “stay on point” means to be up to par or at your best in a given situation. Hence, the play on words that they are “on point” like the point of a Stacy Adams shoe.

In the first part he says he’s “My bad, I’m dyslexic” because of the previous line – he’s actually from Texas but moved to California.

The “four-door mango Lexus” is a reminder that his dyslexia does not stop him from making–>blowing money.
