While I was fooling around with all the other girls thought, this particular lady came around and, while I was trying to make her fall in love with me, she was talking with other people, going out with them and stuff like that, usual petty shit. And, while my new whip is not a coupe but a pretty regular Ford Focus, I’m still getting top in it, that’s facts. What’s not facts is that I won’t miss her, I do miss her. As a matter of fact, call me if you see this.

I started dealing weed and shit for a while, I was working too and my music, while it wasn’t popping, it was helping me get girls, so I was feeling kind of accomplished. I had some money, I felt like the shit, you know? Girls were hitting on me, it was different.

I’m still on my feelings regarding the fact this girl I’m talking about is constantly building up walls around her.
It is a double entendre thought:
1) I was literally praying so she could open up a little bit more towards me.
2) It’s a play on the defense/Hail Mary tactic in football.

I’m 21 now but when I was 18 I was barely starting to take music seriously… I was all words and no actions thought. I was writing, sending off lyrics to people thinking it might get me somewhere, but I was just wishing on breaking through quickly.
