Chris Rock played a character named Benny “Pookie” Robinson on a movie called New Jack City. The movie is a Crime Drama, about drugs, etc.
Long story short, Pookie was in drug rehab, and he relapsed.. (that is not what the movie is about, but that is a bit about Pookie)
So Cassidy is saying his crack rocks got people addicted, and with that being said… he is saying his crack is great. As he references it being butter a few times in this freestyle session.
