Go on jump
No I don't wanna jump
Yes you do. You smoke crack don't you? You smoke crack don't you?
Look at me boy, don't you smoke crack?
Yes, sir
You know what that does to you? Huh?
No, sir
It kills your brain cells son, it kills your brain cells! Now when you're destroying your brain cells you are doing the same thing as killing yourself, you are just doing it slower. I say if you wanna kill yourself don't fuck around with it, do it expeditiously. Now go on and jump! Jump! Rick Ross – Box Chevy

Polk County is located right in the middle of Florida, Bartow is it’s county seat. Ross' coke is apparently everywhere!
Belle Glade is a city in Palm Beach County, Florida on the southeastern shore of Lake Okeechobee. Belle Glade (and the surrounding area) is sometimes referred to as “Muck City” due to the large quantity of muck. Despite being located in the South Florida region of the state, Belle Glade is culturally more associated with the Florida Heartland.
This refers back to the fact that Ross' cocaine is distrbuted throughout Florida – from the South (Miami), to the Middle (Belle Glade), to the North (Jacksonville).
Also note the great alliteration in the last couple lines with the letter B.
Polk county is a really gangster place in Florida where ross is from. In the prison system the people from there are really respected for being super tough, because they really dont play out that way. Rick ross might have known this anyway, or he might have learned it from being a corrections officer in Dade CI prison in Miami. Belle glade also has a reputation for producig a lot of gangsters and people in the coke trade. It is one of the ethnically blackest areas of florida. i think this song is basically ross shouting out to an unrepped place in florida like central florida and him repping florida culture, which is cole dealing, box chevys, etc
Source: was imprisonend in belle glade and know a lot of convicts from polk/ belle glade i live in fl and know a lot about gangsta culture here

Take note that Rick Ross references Master P’s “Bout It Bout It” song along with P’s “Uhh” adlib heard in the background
