This is likely referring to the lean induced Twitter rant Gucci went on shortly before he went to jail in 2013. Over the course of a few minutes, he dissed almost every relevant artist in the game from Drake to Eminem.
A day after the rant ended, Gucci ended up apologizing to everyone and blamed the outburst on his lean usage. Since then, Gucci has managed to quit the opiate and is (mostly) drug free now.
