While Pusha’s labelmates would lay down their lives for him, Drake’s YMCMB labelmates wouldn’t do the same.
The Dream has had conflict with both Lil Wayne (over their shared baby mama, Nivea) and Drake affiliate The Weeknd (over Twitter). This feature is clearly an opportunity for him to take a few shots at his enemies.
On the song “Up All Night”, the hook says “I would die for these niggas”. Pusha just thinks he’s all talk.
I think this was a shot at drake who was sending shots at push at the time on behalf of Wayne and baby. He’s basically saying you’re going hard to defend them but if the roles reverse and I start going at you directly, they won’t do the same for you.

I saw this as Pusha trying to tell kids that although their gang members may seem ride or die, they wouldn’t die for you and could turn your back on you, especially if there is money involved.
