A “plug” is someone who supplies you with something, which in Plies' case is a high quantity of drugs. Plies took off before he paid for the dope twice. We’re not sure why the plug continued to trust Plies after he ran off the first time, but it’s safe to say that he’s calling Plies to get his money or drugs back.
