Head Bangers are stereotypical rock fans who’s name evoled out of the ‘dance’ (if we can go that far) move of headbanging. This move generally looks best with masses of hair, thick leather clothes (as is also mentioned in the song) and your hands occupied with a guitar or some sort of devil salute.

Punchline flow is a style of rap in which you tend to end each bar on a punchline, metaphor, or simile.
Cassidy claims to have invented and capitalized on this style. He pays homage to the king of punchlines Big L by saying unless you was him or Finesse you wasn’t using that flow.
However this verse from LL Cool J contains punchline after punchline, written in 1985!. So whatever Cassidy, we will probably never know!
