Vito is an alias Jay goes by, a shortened form of Hovito (and maybe in reference to The Godfather, Vito Corleone). He mentioned it in Beanie Sigel’s “Think It’s a Game:”

Jeezy personifies crack as his girl in this verse. “Get you open…Smack it up, flip it down, weigh it up, break it down” sounds like things he would do to his woman in the bedroom, but he’s really talking about breaking up crack into smaller rocks, weighing out bags, and selling it.

This is probably an allusion to this line from “Mind Playing Tricks On Me” by the Geto Boys.
