This line has a double meaning. First, Mike G means “Cuffin'” as in making a girl your main bitch. Mike G will never have a main girl, unless he’s “Cuffin'” her in the morgue.
Mike G. is saying that will never be handcuffed (“cuffin'”) unless he’s getting handcuffed in a morgue (they killed him). This goes along with his previous line “they can’t find me cause I’m duckin' the law”.
