This line is laced with sarcasm. A$AP states that he and this girl “make a perfect team” while they are constantly “making scenes.” Which means all they really do is have sex, they don’t get along and he just uses her for his own personal gain.

The phrase “cry me a river” is generally used to show a lack of sympathy for someone’s situation. A$ap doesn’t have sympathy for how the girl feels when he’s done with her.

On another note, the Pacific Ocean is the largest ocean in the world. By drawing a parallel between a river and an ocean, A$ap effectively communicates that no matter how much she cries, he’s still not going to care.

This is all an extended metaphor leading into the concept of “bulimic puking” being a metaphor for “spitting rhymes.”

Webby has a lot to say “with penne a-la vodka.” After “playing to eat it,” he uses the fuel from the penne a-la vodka (a dish cooked with vodka and cream sauce), to “spit like a bulimic,” as in “puke the food which he has just eaten back up to create a metaphor for ‘sick’ rhymes.”
