This line has a possible triple entendre between the previous lines and the following line.

The Elusive Triple:

• In reference to the previous line, pop in that context means to pop off shots (as in shoot someone).

• The second meaning is to pop bottles of champagne, in reference to the next line.

• The third, is that of pop music. Niggas want Royce to make pop music, but he refuses to conform, continuing to make his music great an original.

“Ace Creator” is one of Tyler, the Creator’s multiple rap personalities, specifically the one that makes beats.

Despite the reference to dialing 911 a few lines back, there is no time to call the police.

The previous line, this line, and the next line could all be referring to how Beyonce left Destiny’s Child and did her own thing. but was very successful in doing so.
