ACCEPTED COMMENT: i think in this case bullshit is a reference to gangbanging, a lot of bangers refer to their lifestyle as “that bullshit”, so when he’s dropping all the locations that are with “that bullshit” he is talking about places that have a noticeable gang problem, and the last line he says California we with that bullshit, meaning that California is the source of all the “bullshit” since that is where gangbanging began, also i think the whole song is an double entendre, banger can be interpreted as a song that slaps and you can bump to, as well as a gangbanger which Q is.
