This song made me think of some Eminem Show songs. Unlike a lot of the choruses on MMLP2, this guest chorus not only was good but made me feel really emotional. Just the atmosphere of the song is enough to make me love it. The rain in the background, the cool instrumental, the vocal effect on his voice in the first verse… So many feels during this song.

Not to mention how lyrically insane this song is too. He has the same rhyme scheme throughout the song.

2013 showed a change in musical taste for me. I’d been liking rap for about a year, but in 2013 I experimented to my tastes and got a little…ignant. Who better to get turnt to than Waka?

50k for a show and my niggas sellin’ schwag!

This song is fun. Waka’s adlibs are hilarious and the chorus pumps the heck out of you. The “King of the South” pairs up with Waka, and with a bumping beat and fun chorus, you get a great track.

After several last-place finishes for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (9 out of 10 years), Tampa Bay had much time to rebuild a young and promising team. Drafting the likes of Evan Longoria, B.J. Upton, Carl Crawford, and David Price, the Rays had something to look foward to after their 96-lost 2007 season.
They turned it around in 2008, going worst to first and were on their way to an American League pennant. To be fitting with the Cinderella season, Price was on the mound for the final out.

In the 1500’s, while Juan Ponce de Leon was off leading an expedition to Florida and doing things that conquistadors do, a tale of a fountain came about that is still talked about today. Supposedly, indigenous peoples told him about this fountain and Ponce de Leon spent his life looking for this fountain that would rejuvenate his youth.

Perrion references the fountain as an explanation for why he must look so young for a person who was born in 1990.

There’s a popular rumor around (especially on YouTube comments) that rappers who make it to big name labels had to sell their soul to the devil in order to make it. For more about the complicated subject of the Illuminati, read here.

Perrion doesn’t want to “sell his soul.” He wants to make it there the old fashion way: by himself, no labels needed.

Unbelievably, his dad was being interviewed on-air in the stands when Gattis cranked this one out of the park!

After drug problems and an injury that made him quit baseball, it was nice to see him finally make it in the big leagues. While out, he was a parking valet and worked at a ski resort. In 2010, he was drafted by the Braves and this year had one of the better rookie seasons in all of MLB.

Just watch this gem.
