He makes the contrast between the Holy TRINITY (3) and a THREEsome.

A lot of teenagers have been influenced by Gangster Rap for years now and there’s been cases when these teens ended up getting shot and killed just because they run from the police. In many rap songs, rappers claim they ran from the police time and time again, showing no signs of any consequences. The kids ended up being killed, like 2Pac… R.I.P.
So, CiNo is trying to give that positive message of accepting consequences for your actions out.

CiNo emphasizes on this person’s nose being dusty because of his cocaine use and his microphone being dusty because of its lack of being used.
