Continuing the “devil” imagery by referencing the film Constantine in which the character is an exorcist fighting off demons on Earth and in Hell. This ties in with Day’s Spawn tattoo/persona.

Wordplay: constant battle – Constantine

This track was originally supposed to be a contest entry for Funk Volume’s Don’t Funk Up Our Beats Contest 6 (DFUOB6), hosted and judged by Xzibit, R.A. The Rugged Man, Chris Webby, Logic, TeamBackPack, HipHopDX, and Visionary Music Group.
Due to setbacks in getting the video done and having the song mixed and mastered, CiNo released it after the contest was over for promo.

The first official single off Tech N9ne’s 13th full studio album and 4th Collabos album, Welcome To Strangeland. This song opens up about how Tech has finally caught the attention of the public, mainstream and music industry and reassuring them that he will not change one bit. REAL SHIT.

This song is somewhat of a follow-up to “Red Nose” off his 2009 album, Sickology 101. In “Red Nose”, he spoke about how because of his different appearance (note the red clothes he sports on stage), he has been treated differently in the rap game and struggles to gain the attention he feels he deserves.

“The Needle” off his 2016 album The Storm, is like a follow-up to this song as well. He feels that he has been at the levels he’s at so long he doubts he could ever make it somewhere everyone can see him, but nevertheless remains hopeful.
