In this verse, he talks about how when the bottle of Louis XIII, (which is one of the worlds most prestigious Cognac, (40%), brands, which likely also has another meaning as to why he chose this specific brand and bottle for this verse – this particular one has an important symbolical meaning behind it – which also has another name, “The Master of Time”, along with the fact that each bottle reperesents the result of the life achievement of Cellar Master, as well as an important statement to which embodies each individual bottle, that is; “Time is at the heart & Each one, (bottle), must start a story for another to finish; Baptiste’s work, (current Cellar Master), is both a sign of quality from the past and a promise for the future”.

And, “jumping off a mountain”, could mean various things but likely refers to the feeling of getting high for the first time, or for the first time in a long time after having quit for a period of time, and then feeling like you’re jumping off a mountain all over again. Because in the in between phase, (or what people who like to label themselves and others, call, “active addiction”, it feels like this constant search for, (or, “climbing up” which is the verse he uses as a representation of this same idea", that is the reality for anyone who has ever experienced the highs and lows from drugs, ie. codeine ect.), as this mountain he keeps climbing up.

And when the verse mentions that he feels like dying, the deeper meaning behind this could likely just be rebirth and not about dying at all, (every time someone’s energy dies, it is reborn elsewhere, because energy never dies, it isn’t possible, and Lil wayne hhighly empathetic energy to him, which allows him to not get to choose not to be an awakened soul and extremely affected by his environment and people around him, ie. why he only listens to his own music ect.
