There is a popular belief that Ronald Reagan and his administration were responsible for the introduction of crack cocaine to poverty-stricken neighborhoods during the 80’s.

This was written about in a series of articles called “Dark Alliance” by Gary Webb, a reporter with the San Jose Mercury News.

Kendrick Lamar would call this time the “Ronald Reagan Era”.

She sent Jay some private message possibly containing explicit photos of herself.

It is most probably a fan who had no hope for Hip Hop’s evolution until she heard Jay Electronica spit his flames.

On September 14th, 2011, this demo track from Jay’s sophomore album, Act II: Patents of Nobility, dropped on the internet. Although a bit rough at times (it is a “rough demo,” after all), it still has the varied religious references and the messianic descriptions that have become synonymous with Jay Electronica.

This track won’t be on Act II, at least not in this form.

Since Jay is led by God, those in power (the royal family) should heed the will of God and support Jay by promoting him across their continent. The royal family could be the British Royal Family, since Jay visited London not long ago.

Otherwise, it’s probably the Rothschild Family (who Jay later has brunch with in this song). The Austrian branch of the family was elevated to nobility by Emperor Francis II. They were also prominent in England, France, and Naples.

Their coat of arms:

Jay has been referred to as the “Jack Kerouac” of Hip-hop.

Kerouac was an author who traveled across the US and documented his experiences.

This line might also be connected with an earlier line, “Listen, I’m on a mission/ Most of you niggas just spittin',” suggesting that, he’s battling with the unrighteous and that he’s a nomadic preacher, must like Jesus, who he often relates to in his songs.

He’s doesn’t have the luxury to be stationary, so makes his conception more fluid, than most, except for nomads.
