He is implying he is the top of the “stack” of rappers.
So…

…should return “Earl.”
Of course, he then wraps this within the metaphor of the “top” (cork or lid) of a bottle popping off (JavaScript, continuing the computing references, is a popular scripting language, but Earl also references its origins as a term for coffee, i.e. a drinkable liquid).
In this metaphor, Earl is the bubble that rises to the top, and causes the whole thing to explode.
