Tyler himself might have ADD and might be taking Ritalin. This is disputed.

He talks about ADD in Goblin where Dr.TC suggest that Tyler has ADD, which Tyler disagrees with, and responds that everyone has ADD, or that no one has it.

An anti-climactic statement – Tyler has been building up the Dracula persona, but admits the cape he’s wearing is a cheap one he grabbed for a bargain at the local Target (Target is a “discount retailer” – much like Walmart)

While this might be played for humourous effect, I find it also makes the song darker, because rather than actually being Dracula, the Tyler-Dracula persona is severely delusional (if not outright insane) and thinks he is a vampire. At least if he was a vampire the obsession with blood would make sense…

Some verbal wordplay – Tyler says it so it sounds like “hardly human,” which fits his comparison of himself to Barney (as Barney is a guy in a dinosaur suit, so he walks and acts human, but is still “hardly” human)

Could also be interpreted as “Harley of a human,” as in he is the Harley Davidson of humans – the pimped out badass.

Dr. TC offers Tyler some water to clear the tension between them. He decides to switch the topic and asks Tyler about Thebe Kgositsile, the real name of Earl Sweatshirt.

In the June of 2010, Earl was sent away by his mom to a reformatory-type school in Samoa. Tyler, being a close friend of Earl’s, was saddened by this but apparently still kept in touch with Earl.

Budweiser is an American beer brand.

Tyler’s driving drunk while his lap is covered with Budweiser bottle caps, implying that he’s downed more than enough bottles of the beer. This serves a contradiction to the line above where Tyler says he’s a “wiser” person now, as drunk driving is obviously illegal.

This could also be a subtle hint at Tyler’s depression, as Jasper advises him in the following verse to drink alcohol to forget about his problems. In contrast to where Tyler was naturally happy and “smiled a lot” as a kid, he now has to resort to alcohol to find even temporary happiness.
