“Wetback” is a derogatory term for Mexicans. It derives from them swimming across bodies of water to illegally enter the United States. As Tyler said, he’s going to be running away and escaping like a refugee Mexican, though he won’t have to cross any bodies of water to do it
Ironically, the use of the term “Wetback” contradicts Tyler’s earlier claim that he isn’t racist:
I’m not a rapper nor a rapist nor a racist
“Touched water” is also a reference to being baptised, thus the next religion-related line.
Tyler also has an obsession with cats, hence the name of the song “Tron Cat”. And cats are known to dislike water.

“Shit” as in “poo” often contains undigested nuts. To be “nutty” is to be crazy, and cashews are relatively big nuts, so Tyler is very crazy
He says “Shit-Lips” as in a reverse of Dr. Lipschitz, the child psychologist from Rugrats. He makes a few refernces to Dr. Lipschitz throughout the album. This also makes more since than nuts in poop, because he’s saying that his psychiatrist said that he’s crazy.
