To “shoot the five” is to fistfight, or prepare to fistfight.
“Bite the bullet” means to bear with necessary pain, physical or otherwise.
Combining these two phrases, Vast says that he gets in fights and he is able to deal with his injuries. If he is feeling good/having a good day then he will “bite the bullet” or take your insult and spare your life
He uses wordplay (“shoot” and “bullets”) which makes it seems as though he is referring to guns instead of fighting.

“Dropping shit”, along with its literal meaning, also means to say insightful things, similar to “dropping knowledge”. If poor people from Vast’s hood never get a chance to “fly,” or self-actualize, they won’t do anything special.
