what it means is that this whole time the war in Iraq was a cover up for the government to steal oil from Iraq. they were telling the Americans, the soldiers were at war fighting the talibans when really the C.I.A was stealing lithium, oil, and heroin to bring it back here. that’s why Nas say’s “Teach the world fact and give Saudi they oil back.” He’s telling hes wants to take a billion black people taking over the magazine company’s and teach the world facts about the Government’s dirty work and how the C.I.A are always doing inside jobs.. and he wants the governments to give saudi there oil back.

Nas means people think Afghans and Iraqis when they think of terrorists, but they are misinformed. Majority of the 911 hijackers were Saudis, and most financing of terrorist groups come from oil rich Wahhabi and Salafi who are Saudi elites. Nas feels if the world stopped buying their oil they will not have the means to fund terrorists .

The United States started using the “petrodollar” in the 1970’s and Saudi Arabia has been the biggest enabler of a currency that is no longer backed by gold, but by oil.

Ladera Heights is a city in southwest California. It is known for being home to many rich and affluent people of African American descent, hence the comparison to Beverly Hills, which is where many movie stars reside.

The “black Beverly Hills” nickname comes from the film Reservoir Dogs. Frank is known for referencing directors like Tarantino and Kubrick.

NB: “Beverly Hills” is now considered to be the “Persian Beverly Hills”…

Refrence to The Godfather saga. In the second movie, Michael Corleone, the Don of the Corleone family, is betrayed by his older brother and underboss Fredo. Because of the betrayal (and Michael’s increasing paranoia) Fredo was killed on Michael’s orders, despite their kinship.

A pun on the name of Suge Knight, the founder of Death Row Records. The line is a reference to the alleged incident of Suge Knight hanging Vanilla Ice out of a balcony window when Vanilla Ice refused to pay the ghostwriter of his hit single, “Ice Ice Baby”

Could also be a reference to the manner in which 2Pac was hanging out of the window on the passenger side of the car he and Suge were in prior to leaving the casino, and driving down the Los Vegas Strip, where later that night he’d be shot dead
