Sometimes when you argue, you always try to get the last words in, if you’re upset you usually say things that you’ll later regret. Sean is saying that he probably said some things that made the break-off of the relationship worst than it should’ve been at this point he wishes he could fast forward to when their more mature and can get over the feelings of the past to rekindle their friendship.

They had love that was un-tarnished, no one was in their business and no one could tell them what to do. When Sean says she tried to bring a label in, that could allude to her always listening to her single friends opinion on her and Sean’s relationship. Which in this case could’ve led to her assuming and acting differently around him.

The terms “independent” and “label” to could also be alluding to the hip-hop and music industry in general where independent artists are free from the red tape and obligations that come with being signed to a major label

He wanted something fun, but she wanted to label it as a relationship, when it was no more than a friends with benefits deal.

This line could also be read “I don’t give a dam, shit”. A dam is of course similar to a levy, as it holds back water.

I broke the levy to your eyes is saying he made her cry. When a levy breaks, then it floods. Same in this case, just with tears.

This fling he’s having with his sidepiece, a friends with benefits thing, will be fucked if he pulls the plug on it. She has caught feelings now, and won’t be anything other than his girl.

Damn clinger.

Sorry, but mistaken again. It is game two, so the series is only 1-0 for one of the teams. “She goes either way” (bisexual) “like it’s game two” (play on the word two, two ways is bisexual).

While you point out the significance of a Game Two, it wouldn’t properly apply to Big Sean’s reference, anyways, from a sporting perspective. You are are saying the series could go either way, which doesn’t make sense if one team leads 1-0, since it’s game two, which hasn’t been played.

I thought it might mean what you want it to, too, because when I first heard it, it sounded like a typical sports cliche/rapper line. But it isn’t.

Actually, there is significance to Game 2. It can either mean the series is tied at 1-1 or that one team has a big 2-0 lead. So it is different than other games in a series.

Game two means she goes two ways, not anything special about the dynamics of a Game 2
