This line refers to a few 90’s Nike commercials featuring Bo Jackson, the commercials featured to slogan “Bo Knows”. STS basically tells people to care for themselves, as he can and does the same.

The “Bo Knows” slogan was famously played on in rap before, Phife Dawg from A Tribe Called Quest used it in the opening lines to their song “Scenario”. Which ended up being Busta Rhymes‘ break-through.
