As YouTube user Sargon of Akkad sarcasically states in one of his videos:

Yeah, it’s really weird. It’s almost like it doesn’t make any sense as an anti-Semitic attack… but it does make sense as a political attack and he was just using a star as a star.

Donald Trump tweeted the following as a response to those who made this claim… and even spoke about it in one of his speeches in Ohio.

Joe is telling Jay Z (aka Hova) that going after Drake is only practice for going after someone great, like Hov. He’s putting Drake in his place for making “Summer Sixteen”, where Drizzy compares himself to Hov. He’s also responding to “4PM In Calabasas,” continuing his references to past Drake tracks, this time “Practice” from Take Care (which he obscurely references again on the next verse).

But let’s forget about that argument, as this only seems to be making Trump look bad.

Fact Check:

Barack Obama is 54 years old, and was born on August 4, 1961.

Derek Jeter is 41 years old and was born on June 26, 1974. (His birthday is coming up soon!)

That makes President Obama almost 13 years older than Jeter (12 years, 10 months, and 22 days to be exact.)

So Genius is the guy at the party who’s trying desperately to get laid? Words and Expressions — SURFACE

This – along with Jenn’s “knowledgeable friend” analogy – is an interesting discussion to have.

After thinking about it, I came up with a few additional metaphors for what/who Genius is, in relation to parties:

Genius is (possibly a combination of):

  • The guy at the party who plays it cool and never leaves empty handed. (Unless it’s an empty page)
  • A wingman/wingwoman you hype up as being the most knowledgeable music buff of all time!
  • The host; after all, Genius is a content hub. The host wants to make sure everyone has a good time while the music is playing, and also keeps an eye out for people who can’t hold their liquor.
  • The guy who booked a club’s VIP section… because that’s just how we roll!

The key point: Genius is cool and is bound to be a positive influence in your life… :)
