Being that FiO’s skin is white he compares how he is seen in the rap game (or field) to a Scarecrow. He says that he’s Out-Standing describing how he Stands Out in his field which is the rap game.

Not only does FiO compare himself to a Scarecrow (FiO) who stands lonely in a field (the rap game) but he uses a play on words. Flipping Standing-Out to Out-Standing foreshadowing how incredible both this song and mixtape will be when it drops (not to mention himself as a rapper in general).
