Avalanche is the second studio album by Danish soul pop duo Quadron. It was released on 31 May 2013 through Vested in Culture and Epic Records

The album did well in the group’s native Denmark the album archived greater commercial success, spending 12 weeks in the top 10 of the charts and was eventually certified gold

This was the first time we had a budget to create more lush music and we thought, “Hell, why not?” It’s not a throwback record, more an homage or nod to an era we really like

Our differences with the world are misunderstood – this is our reply to all the trauma this has caused, the royalty that stands in the name refers to the Pharaohs roaming on foreign soil – therefore our qualities are out of reach of the masses to grasp thus we spend most time on Mars
