DeMarcus Boogie Cousins is the only real center on the roster. Anybody else either chose not to participate or was dropped by Mike Krzyzewski. But with the international game there is not really that much need for a banger down low as it’s more perimeter-oriented. However with a possible finals matchup against Spain and the Gasol brothers it was wise to Cousins along as he has come of the best personal season in his career by every possible standard. Yet somehow he is still not on everbody’s radar.

After sitting pretty much the last two seasons Rose is finally back on the court again. His knee held up so far although he chose to not suit up for the game against the Dominican Republic in order to get some more rest.
So far he has shown what made him the MVP of the 2010/2011 season: quickness and crossovers. A very valuable asset for Coach K to utilize.

So oder so ähnlich denken heutzutage viele Menschen (oder Maschienen laut eRRdeKa). Dabei sind es doch grade die Ereignisse, die einen Lebenslauf verkacken, die aus einem Menschen ein Individuum machen. Sie lassen einen erleben, entdecken, versuchen und wachsen. Anstatt schnurgrade zum Ziel, dem Job, zu kommen, ist es doch viel interessanter wie man dort hinkommt. Der Weg ist das Ziel.

Morgens fahren die Menschen in ihren Autos oder mit der Bahn zur Arbeit. Die Stahlschlange stellt dabei geschickt den bildlichen Bezug her.
Die vielen Autos, die morgens auf der Straße sind, stehen im Stau und lässt es wie eine endlose Schlange wirken und im Falle der Bahn sieht es aus wie das Tier, die Schlange, das sich von Bahnhof zu Bahnhof schlängelt.

Die Maschinen, welche in diesen beiden Transportmitteln fortbewegt werden, sind im eigentlichen Sinne die Passagiere, also die Menschen. Diese sieht er jedoch als so routiniert und in den Arbeitsalltag reibungslos und widerstandsfrei integriert, als wären es selbst bereits Maschinen geworden.
Zudem lassen sich viele Arbeitsstellen relativ schnell “austauschen” wie ein kaputtes Rädchen im Getriebe.
