I absolutely love the Breakfast Club!

Now I was home schooled so I don't have any similar stories, mostly because the whole detention thing would never happen to a group of home schooled kids:) However I had the best friends in the world during high school and in fact we're still great friends. My favorite memory would probably have been when we all decided to go camping in the huge backyard of one of our friends house.

We are the type of friends who can just hangout for hours, so all night long we played music and talked and at some point someone introduced everyone to the idea of "star tipping" which is basically where you spin around while looking at a single star for about thirty seconds and then you stop and everyone shines a light in your face thus making you very disoriented and most of the time you will fall over. This is awesome for the people watching and the person being "tipped" because the people watching get to see the tippee's very confused face as they shine the light into it and the persons subsequent topple, while the person being "tipped" experiences this really cool kind of ethereal feeling where up and down don't exist and your just sort of floating in light. I know it sounds ridiculous but it was actually very fun:)

to be fair we can not truely know how he was feeling internally, it's hard to play well when you are emotionally comprimised as well as solo que really doesn't matter that much to proffesional players. they use it to try out new things or just to blow off steam. plus i've seen many pros get trashed by azingy or other highly rated non pro players.

I find killing for financial pragmatism even less compelling than what was first proffered.

However, I too am leery of the idea of life-or-at least extended imprisonment.

I suggest designating an area of the country, perhaps the Alaskan wilderness, as the home for those who have been judged to have fallen outside the realm of even our partial attempt at civilization. They can act in a manner they see fit to enjoy, whilst leaving those who prefer pleasant company and enjoyable conversations in relative peace.

I don't know which you would prefer.

Some cars have a lot of screws/bolts holding it in place. When my friend first got his Genesis, he insisted on doing the oil changes himself figuring a shop does it in about 20 or so minutes so how hard can it be? Well it was pretty simple and straight forward but it actually took him 2 hours to do everything.

Sorry but 2 hours for an oil change is not worth it. Buy your own oil and filter and just pay a shop 10 or 20 bucks to do the work for you.

I posted this in naturalbodybuilding earlier, and they recommended I xpost it here.

I'm 5'8", 45, started at 186, dropped to 150 (4-5bf).

For the last two years, I have not skipped a single day. Initially, I just wanted to lose weight and be healthy. First year and a half was beach body products (P90X twice, P90X2, Body Beast, P90X3, Body Beast again). Since July, I've been trying to add some muscle (up 5-7lbs of muscle since July) with brosplit, 9-12 sets per workout in the 2-6 rep range almost exclusively. First year was just blindly following programs. 2014, I've done the research in pursuit of optimal. Muscleforlife.com's Mike Matthews has provided a great deal of my information.

Although I've not taken a rest day in two years, some days the workout is mobility, yoga, etc... I've had a lot of ups and downs, successes and set backs. I've waaay overreached several times and left some gains on the table. But I'm sticking with it in 2015 and want to add another 10 lbs of muscle this year, maybe 15 if I'm lucky, and 20-25lbs by the time I'm 50 (5 years from now).

Let me know if you have any questions. I would also appreciate any critiques you have of my physique. I feel my chest is my weakest body part. Then legs. I don't plan on competing, but maybe once I hit the 50 year-old bracket, who knows. Right now I'm just enjoying the process and trying to reach my genetic potential after getting a very late start in life.

Appreciate all the natural body builders here and enjoy watching this subreddit everyday.

The easiest way to deal with it is to buy size small/medium human adult diapers. The generic ones with the stretchy sides from Sams Club or Walmart work great. Cut a tail hole in it. Remove when you take her out to potty (you would not believe how many spouses forget this and then end up having to remove a urine soaked diaper!). This eliminates any chance of blood all over your furniture.

Your breeder has asked you to wait as there are new studies out that show a correspondence between spay/neuter before adulthood and an increased risk of joint issues (hip dysplasia caused by long bones failing to stop growing due to lack of hormones post spay) as well as an increase in bone cancers. Spaying at full adulthood decreases those risks while still also decreasing other risks associated with intact girls.

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow with a breech baby. My midwives have been watching it for a few weeks and suggested different exercises, acupuncture, and the Webster technique to try and get her to naturally flip. If she's still breech on Monday, I go in for an ECV (where they manually try to flip her) and if that doesn't work, we schedule a c section for 39 weeks. I was planning for a natural water birth so I'm hoping she flips!! In the US, its nearly impossible to find a provider that does vaginal breech births.
