An ascot tie, or ascot, is a narrow neckband with wide pointed wings, traditionally made of pale grey patterned silk. This wide, formal tie is usually patterned, folded over, and fastened with a stickpin or tie tack. It is usually reserved for wear with morning dress for formal daytime weddings and worn with a cutaway morning coat and striped grey trousers.
To summarize, an ascot knot is a summertime neckband that’s folded over, or ‘looped’.
So just as an ascot knot is ‘in the loop’, so is CyHi.
In the Loop is an idiom meaning “informed” or “up-to-date”.

“Ashes to ashes, dust to dust”, a phrase from the Anglican burial service, used sometimes to denote total finality. It is based on scriptural texts such as “Dust thou art, and unto dust thou shalt return” (Genesis 3:19), and “I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee” (Ezekiel 28:18).

Common is a Chicago native, who says he was born/grew up near a body of water, fried chicken restaurant and a church.
Chicago famously lies on Lake Michigan where its popular Lake Shore Drive can be found. As we all know, lakes are bodies of water; and water flows.
This most likely refers to Harold’s Chicken Shack, a prominent chicken business in Chicago.
The specific Harold’s is most likely the one that used to be on 39 North Wells Street, Chicago, IL, as it’s near:
And if that’s the case, then the church is most likely St. Peters on West Madison.
Harold’s Chicken Shack is THE spot in Chi-town. Here’s a video of young Killa Cam, Cuz'n Bang and Ye hitting up a Harold’s.
There’s even Slaughterhouse references of Harold’s, who aren’t even Chi-town natives, showing it’s prominence.
Even President Obama hit up Harold’s when he visited the Chi.
A lake, chicken shack and a church might mean that the lake is the flow, the chicken shack has wings (chicken wings) and the church has a cemetery, meaning dirt. The flows got wings and it came from the dirt.
Yea this makes no sense. 39 N Wells location would be the last harolds location I would imagine. You even say because he says “off 87 south side”. This would be nowhere remotely near. Nor 39 N Wells even IN the southside of chicago. Its literally downtown. and St Peters church also is nowhere NEAR the southside. Whoever wrote this I hope is not from Chitown.
39 North Wells is literally 87 blocks for 87th Street, at 8 block a mile, this is 10 miles away.
