This song is an audio collage featuring samples from several Sci-fi movies and TV shows over a smooth beat.

This track fleshes out the back-story of King Geedorah as a character, and sets the tone for the rest of the album.

The title of this track is also a reference to one of the nicknames of the King Geedorah in Japanese movies. Monster Zero, or King Geedorah, first appeared in films in the 1964 film, Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster.

Heckle and Jeckle were a pair of talking cartoon magpies from the television show “Heckle and Jeckle”

Here it seems Zev is relating his complexion to a that of a magpie in contrast to fairer skinned people “capable for freckles or blue eyes”.
He also may be relating to Heckle specifically as Zev was raised in New York City, and Heckle has a thick Brooklyn accent.
