Attacking one of the most ridiculing moments for the Making The Band 2 series, Iron Soloman is referencing to one of E. Ness' previous band members, Dylan Dilinjah who was known for his mighty ego. Awhile after Da Band disbanded, comedian Dave Chappelle spoofed the enire Making The Band 2 series with the original band members making their appearances, Dave replacing P. Diddy and Dylan Dilinjah to exaggerate their characters which worked very effectively, this line referring to one of the more hilarious moment in Dave’s skit.
