Oxford is the common name for Oxford University, which is one of the leading Universities in the world, and is also very hard to get into, with an acceptance rate of about 20%.
If you go to Oxford, chances are you’re a damn smart individual. Soul is saying that his literary prowess would make you think he went to a really good university.
“Bastard” literally means someone who was born with unmarried parents, but it is more commonly used as a universal term for a dumbass/bad person. Also note that one of Soul’s self-given nicknames is the “Black Lip Bastard”.
So basically, he combines his literary genius (Oxford) with his gangster/hardcore/go-stupid side (bastards).
